What is NDIS Plan Management?

Plan management is when an NDIS registered provider supports and guides you to manage funding in your NDIS plan. They can help you manage your budget, maximise your plan and save you time.
What We Do

Finance & Administration
• Manage and monitor your budget in accordance with the plan management service agreement;
• manage your NDIS claims and disburse funds to providers for delivered services;
• maintain records for you and produce regular (at least monthly) statements showing the financial status of your plan, and
• provide access as required to a wider range of service providers, including non-registered providers, while ensuring compliance with the price limits contained within the NDIS Price Guide.

Invoice Processing
We monitor your NDIS plan funding and pay for supports delivered to you. We validate whether invoices received from providers of services are in accordance with your plan and in line with the latest NDIS price guide. This is completed within five business days and approved invoices are paid within 2 - 3 business days. In circumstances where an invoice is received and found to be outside the scope of your funded supports, we discuss this with you and contact the provider.

Prioritise You
Prioritise your personalised support by giving you choice and control over the providers of the services you need. We work with you using your preferred communication method to discuss and agree on how you would like your NDIS funded supports to be managed. This includes ensuring we have a clear understanding of how you want to have invoices delivered to us along with how, when and in what circumstances you would like to authorise claiming and payment for supports.
