Kylie Dunn | Founder and Director
Kylie is the founder and director of Simply You Plan Management and has held a long and successful career within the not-for-profit sector. Kylie has been described as a person with good, moral character who cares about the people around her. She understands that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and therefore has been trained in a range of modalities throughout her personal and professional life. Her passion has always been helping people whether it be in the education, business or fitness sector. She endeavours to help her clients, who include children, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their own abilities so they can achieve the most out of their life.
Kylie has an extensive educational background which includes a Bachelors of Education, a Business degree, Human Resource Management degree, Accounting degree, Fitness degree and a graduate certificate in business and entrepreneurship. She is an affiliate members with the Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers and is a registered provider for the NDIS.

Outside of Kylie’s professional life, she is mother to twin boys and along with her husband and two dogs, she enjoys travelling in their caravan to explore beautiful places around Australia. When she is not travelling, she is teaching group fitness classes which has been a passion and hobby of hers for over 15 years.

On 16th August 2024: Kylie Dunn of Simply You Plan Management won an Enablement Award as The Most Outstanding Innovator in the NDIS Client Management Sector in Australia in 2024. The award category within which the adjudication has been made is Excellence in Community Partnerships.

Kylie Dunn of Simply You Plan Management was also the provisional winner in the Global Awards (held in London, UK) for Excellence in Client Advocacy. The Global Awards focus on elevated performance; the creation of new business models; contrarian thinking; recognising and embracing new trends; market leadership; inspirational performance and the elevation of the customer experience.
Simply You Plan Management is a boutique NDIS Plan Management company on the Sunshine Coast. Loyalty, trust, and respect with clients and participants are underpinned by our business success and I am sure you would agree that building relationships within our industry is key to success in the long term. Overall, Simply You Plan Management’s mission is to support, guide and enable participants to better manage their NDIS funds while ensuring they keep full control and choice over their budgets and supports. I believe passionately that effective communication can transform the way we work together and believe people can achieve more when they are supported, educated and work together for a common purpose. Achieving this mission depends largely on the providers, carers, support coordinators and the people involved in supporting a NDIS participant to achieve their goals. I understand that you are a critical part of the team who helps ensure the participant is happy with their supports and I want to recognise and thank you for that.
